SerdiPay is a payment platform approved by the Central Bank of Congo, designed for businesses, merchants and institutions in the DRC. It allows you to collect payments (C2B) and distribute funds (B2C) via Airtel Money, Orange Money, M-Pesa, Afrimoney and card payments from a single integration.
SerdiPay is connected to five payment networks active in the DRC: Airtel Money, Orange Money, M-Pesa, Afrimoney and card payments (Visa / Mastercard). A single API integration gives you access to all networks simultaneously, without separate procedures with each operator.
Standard integration takes less than 48 hours: account creation on day 1, KYB validation within 24 h, API key generation and sandbox testing, then production activation. Our technical team guides you at every step.
Yes. SerdiPay is approved by the Central Bank of Congo (BCC) as a payment institution. All transactions are encrypted in TLS 1.3, API keys are protected by AES-256 encryption, and the platform is hosted on ISO 27001 compliant servers.
The SerdiPay API is REST/JSON, compatible with any HTTP language: PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, Ruby, Go, .NET, and more. Full documentation is available on our developer portal with code examples for each endpoint.
Absolutely. SerdiPay provides a full sandbox environment, accessible from registration, with separate API keys and test numbers simulating operator responses (success, failure, timeout). No real transactions are created in sandbox mode.
On every transaction status change (initiated → success / failure), SerdiPay sends an HMAC-SHA256 signed POST to your chosen webhook URL. You can configure up to 3 callback URLs in your dashboard. If delivery fails, SerdiPay retries 3 times with exponential backoff.
The standard plan allows 500 requests per minute. Enterprise plans benefit from customised limits up to 10,000 req/min. The X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset headers are returned on every response for easy monitoring.

Collected funds are available on your SerdiPay account in real time. The transfer to your bank account is made within 24 to 48 business hours depending on your settlement configuration (daily, weekly or on demand).
Yes. The web portal automatically generates monthly statements and invoices exportable in PDF or CSV. Each document details transactions, fees, refunds and balances. You can also configure automatic email delivery to your accounting department.
All accounts benefit from email and chat support with a guaranteed response time of 4 business hours. Enterprise accounts have access to 24/7 priority support with a dedicated technical manager and a guaranteed SLA of 99.9% availability.
In case of failure, SerdiPay returns a precise error code (e.g.: insufficient balance, invalid number, operator timeout) and no debit is made. You can retry the transaction from the portal or via the API. Our monitoring team watches failure rates in real time and intervenes proactively.
